Always delicious food and top service !!!!

Great tasting service was topp only at the end a little strange that we had to get our own wardrobe. 4 courses menu was great. Definitely recommendable.

I honestly hoped for more. We went there for coffee with the whole family one afternoon. Without a doubt, the ambience and the grounds are beautiful and certainly even more beautiful in summer. Unfortunately the service and cake was not as expected. Belgian waffles & apple pie tasted ok. That certain something was missing. And that's what you expect here as a guest. The lady from the service looked annoyed. It's a pity.

The gourmet dinner is a recommendation! We were completely convinced and would choose the 7 courses next time. Many thanks to the kitchen and friendly service.

A fine dining experience in the province of Schleswig-Holstein (but in the midst of beautiful surroundings and right on the lake). Chic atmosphere and a relaxed service. Even if the guest room is well filled, it does not sound loud - a nice conversation at your own table is therefore possible without any problems. The food was very good, the regional beer selection worth mentioning. Only the dessert did not convince us. It is offered as a buffet, which on the one hand is a good idea, but on the other hand does not match the (upscale) style and (in our case, because we arrived at 19:30 clock) at a later hour also quite "abgegrast" acts. Nevertheless, we will be back. Next time we will try the 7-course menu, which sounds really exciting!

Great location, delicious products from the region, definitely worth a visit

Significantly overrated: From the theory, everything could have fit: member of Feinheimisch, pleasant ambience, delightful menu. If one disregards the fact that guests with a toddler at the next table had to wait one and a half hours for their food that evening, at least the service fit. It is annoying, however, if you order for 22 euros a duck leg with red cabbage, dumplings and lavender jus and then a gray (only boiled?) Club is served. The portion was clear after Loriot clear, the taste unspectacular. An equally ordered Pannfisch in mustard sauce with fried potatoes and cucumber salad for 21 euros was ok, but nothing more. The price-performance ratio was definitely not right. Too bad. Others can do that better.

We have been here for the first time since the renaming and realignment from querbeet to LammButtRind. We are absolutely thrilled !!! The realignment to the gourmet restaurant has succeeded! The 4-course menu we put together (choose from approx. 12 individual courses) was absolutely perfect, including the greetings from the kitchen: very tasty, unusual combinations, good wine accompaniment and the best food quality! The service was very friendly, uncomplicated and competent. The terrace with a wonderful view of the lake rounded off the extraordinary evening in perfect weather. We would like to come again!!!

Very delicious 8-course menu. In any case, the Lamb Butch Beef is a recommended hotel restaurant.
